Make my Calendar visible over exchange server

Hi all,

I realise this isnt a VBA question but i always get a good response from here so thanks for that.

basically there X hundreds of employess in our organisation and we have to manually allow other employees permission to view my calendar.
what i basically want to acheive is make mine (and everyone elses once i tell them how to do it) visible to all employees in the organisation.

hopefully this is a simple button click somehwre that I cant find, if its not microsoft deserve a good butt kicking as this would be an obvious feature.

P.s we do have the exchange server.
