QUESTION ABOUT FILLING IN A PULL DOWN

one of my customers complains that when they are using a pull-down field, if they are typing the field in capital letters - which is what they want to do, the pull down grabs the first possible item on the list with the first letter and does not take into account the second and subsequent letters. They must delete the item first found from the field and key the entire name.
Since there are several hundred possible responses on the pull-down field, this is a bit of an annoying problem.

This is an Office 2010 problem. They have a second computer running the same program (2 front ends sharing a back end) and they do not have that problem.

Since you say it's only a 2010 problem I don't know if it's the same thing, but in 2007 typing 'BOB' for 'Bob Smith' displays 'BoBb Smith' which can be fixed by setting the Allow Autocorrect property to No.
