Hi
I'm updating an Excel report that presents point estimates for some measure and whilst the process is working I would like to tidy it up. In a table, I show the report reader columns for: estimated value, "maximum value", "minimum value" (the estimated value is always in the middle of the min and max).
To display the chart error bars I need to know the length of both arms, both length with be the same, so I calculate max value minus estimate. This is fine except I'm have to to a formula into another cell for each data point.
Is it possible to feed in the arm lengths into the charts without adding clutter to my worksheet?
Thanks
