How to distribute Wod Document with Working Macro so they can Update and use

I have a working Word Document saved as a template and a macro that copies said document directly into outlook after the report is completed. I wish to send this Word document to Multiple users so they can use every day and have the Macro appear for them and they have the ability to use just like I do on my computer.

How do I get the macro enabled document to work for others?
