Dears,
Kindly help me to use below sheet Raw Data to get same 3D Z-Axis shown chart
where:
Index0 to index39 "x-axis"
Flag1 (Blue & red) "Z-axis"
Sum of Index of each color is "Y-axis"
and Time & name are my filters

Why do you want a 3D chart? It looks terrible and is harder to read. Just use a clustered column chart.

Aah, you mean normal columns, I'd like to learn how display both Red & Blue columns together as shown above

You'll have to summarize your data first since you have multiple rows for Blue and for Red. You could use a pivot table for that and then just choose the relevant chart type. You'll probably need to alter the rotation to make it match your picture. It's still a truly awful chart though.

Nice, I did that (Pivot & Rotation) but I didn't succeed to get Blue & RED columns in Z axis "parallel to each other"

It would help to see what you did - can you post the workbook?

Here it's
instead of having Blue & Red in series
I'd like to display in Parallel

You used the wrong chart type - you want the 3D column (last one), not 3D clustered column.
