Dynamic hyperlinks?

Can you make a hyperlink dynamic?
I attached a sample workbook which shows how my workbook is built, now I wish to add "quicklinks" (hyperlinks) from the totalsheet to the other parts of my workbook.
What I'm looking for is basicly a way to create a hyperlink that "finds" what it should link to.

In the example workbook I added links to two of the chapters, but if I insert new rows in the sheet the hyperlinks still links to the previous position, not where the work "Intro" or "More text".

Is it possible to make hyperlinks dynamic?

Sorry about this.
I managed to figure out the problem.
You can't have the link in the cell if it's dynamic, but this will create a dynamic link for "In" - > "Intro": =HYPERLINK(CONCATENATE("#";"In!B";MATCH(B3;In!B:B;0));"Link")
