VBAX has always been graced by such giving members. Well one of our members in particular is no exception. Graham Paramore, aka parry, has developed an Excel Add-in of some very useful functions that he wrote. He has graciously given VBAX permission to host this add-in for him and let everyone download it for free!
It is located on our Cool Tools (http://www.vbaexpress.com/cooltools.php) page. The add-in comes complete with it's own Help files and 15 Format functions, which are available for view (after installation - excluding help file) via the Function Wizard (Insert | Function | Format Functions), including but not limited to: FONTCOLOR, ISBOLD, ISITALIC, ISLOCKED, ISMERGED, ISUPPER, FONTSIZE, ISWRAP, NUMBERFORMAT, etc. These can be used as regular functions or even in an array formula!
I'd like to extend a very special thank you to Graham for sharing such a wonderful piece of work with VBAX! Thank you!!! I hope everyone can reap the benefits of this add-in; it certainly has made my work-load much less. :yes

Thanks xld! The tool's great!
however, i got a question. If i sent the xls file that i'm working on via e-mail to another person, without sending the xla add-in, Will the function still work.
I'm working on a project right now and this add-in, i'm sure will be used quite extensively, just wondering though.
Anyways... this page will definately be revisited over n over again, so thank you all in advance for all the help soon to be rendered.
regards
artds

Sorry, didn't see this right away. I updated this a few weeks ago and missed the correct case spelling. The link is now fixed and working. :)

help files are not working
That is true. The help files did not work on my computer with Vista. But the rest of the add-in is A+. Good job.
I would have called it brilliant.
But that would be an understatement.
