Copy interior Color to linked Worksheet

Attached is a work schedule that when I insert "S", "V", "BIC", "T", or A,B,C,D,K,L,N,Q,R,W,X,Y will change the background color on the Worksheet named "Schedule", The Worksheet named "Post" has been formatted that when entries are entered on the Worksheet named "Schedule" they are then placed in the appropriate cell in the Worksheet named "Post". Here is the problem, the background colors works great in the Worksheet named "Schedule", but I can't get it to transfer to the Worksheet named "Post". Any thoughts on how to get this to work.

I couldn't find a way to do it using VBA, but with conditional formatting I got it to work. Took a long time to code only the cells I wanted to format, but got the job done.
