Pivot table format

Hi,

Does anyone knows how to format pivot table based upon conditions.
Say example: I created pivot table in the sheet 2. This pivot table is linked to sheet 1 data. I am just wondering is it possible to arrange the pivot table automatically based upon the color.
1. First, i would like to create conditional formatting for pivot table. I tried but its not working. I would like to get three different colors, Red, amber and green. Red- incase of emergency condition in one of the cell, Amber- not emergency condition in one of the cell and green- no issue in one of the cell.

If it is red, i would like to arrange the row automatically to first, amber should be second and green should be last.

any idea?
