Class CC Change Event

I've been tinkering today with a simplified way to create a custom CC change event. The result is available from Dropbox here:

I'm not very good with classes, but I thought it might be neat to try one in this case. The results are pretty good but there is a complication that I've created a work around for. Was hoping that someone more familiar with classes might review the work and see if there is a better way or a way to avoid the complication described altogether.

I think I found some improvements on my own. I've changed the code in my linked file in case anyone is interested.
