How to rename the worddoc from the number mentioned in the body of the doc

Hi Experts

Is it possible to rename the worddoc with the number mentioned in the body of the doc.

Ex Policy number - 12345.

The word "Policy number" will be part of the doc and is it possible to create a macro which will use the number after the word "Policy number" and rename the doc with it.
