Hello I have created an Excel spreadsheet to track my daily and monthly tasks, but it is incomplete because the gray boxes do not follow the color code introduced at the top of the table, it is necessary that the color reminds me every time j opens my file that I have a task to do on color reported in the gray boxes.

The first gray shows scheduled task to run.
the second shall indicate the inspection must be performed, if I not run the day it is gray the next day she goes automatically to black after red, if the work is not executed.
Green is an action made by me I have to reach the gray boxes when I execute the task on time.


you will find the deadlines in the tabs January February March until December, and etc with weeks.
