Hi, i have to give Give Two spaces after Full Stop in a word document of more than 100 pages. I tried to achieve this with the help of find and replace. During Ctrl + H in word document i entered Find option as '.' and replace with option as '.space BarSpaceBar'.
But this method is ignoring the Paragraph marks and any other symbols. Suppose that at the end of paragraph after full stop , two spaces are not showing. Please suggest me how shall i over come this.

I suppose you could start by replacing all instances of more than one space and then restore the spaces using a wildcard replacement of

([.\?\!] )(<)
with
\1 \2

but frankly double spacing has no real place in word processed documents using proportionally spaced fonts. It's an antidiluvian requirement from the days of the mechanical typewriter.

For much more on wildcard searches see http://www.gmayor.com/replace_using_wildcards.htm

Note that you can set the grammar checker to set the number of spaces between sentences. It won't correct them for you, but it will make variations easier to spot - as will turning on formatting characters - click ¶ on the Home tab.
