Hello,I have a drop down box at the top of my page "Dropdown1" where you select final or draft.I would like whatever is selected in this box to copy to a text box at the bottom of the page and, if there are subsequent pages, to the top and bottom of them.I have tried this by putting the dropdown in a cell and 'repeating as a header' but it has not worked.I would appreciate any help to resolve this matter.Thank youJose

What kind of dropdown? ActiveX? Probably a mistake.

If you are using Word 2007 or higher an easy way is to put a dropdown content control in the header. Map it to a custom XML part using the InstaMap method of my: http://gregmaxey.mvps.org/word_tip_pages/content_control_tools.html

Then copy and paste the mapped CC to the footer.

http://www.vbaexpress.com/kb/getarticle.php?kb_id=739 - Shows three different way to put a cell value in a header
Also to put cell value in text box is reallly quick
1 Select textbox
2 Click on formula bar and type in =A1 (or whichever cell your ListBox is in)
