Help with 3 Defendant drop down boxes

I need to create a word based form that has 3 dependent drop down lists. I have created 2 by using information at techrepublic but this only shows 2 lists not 3.

I am a complete novice with VBA but can cut and paste code happily.

Can anyone help?
