Learning VBA from Lynda.com?

I have the opportunity to take a few courses from Lynda.com and I was thinking of trying some of the VBA courses. Has anyone taken Lynda courses or maybe even their VBA courses? I'm interested in quite a few different things on the site (3ds Max, Photoshop, etc), so if VBA stood out, it'd make deciding much easier.

Been there Stu. I found the style of the trainer to be the most important part but its each to their own.
