Agents work on messages which is maintained in excel.Three columns are updated with
certain codes n status when few criterias are met.
Since the volume of messages actioned is HUGE, looking for a macro that can update the
three columns when the criterias are met.
The 3 columns are A, B and C. Column D is where the messages are pasted.
Before everything I would like to know if macro can achieve below task -
Whenever 2 letter code is manually entered in Column A, macro should copy this code
and duplicate this code in below rows
If YES, then, I Want macro to do the following -
1)Whenever 2 letter code is manually entered in Column A, macro should copy this code
and duplicate this code in below rows only when Column D has the word Message, and
Column C should be updated with letter Y when Column D has the word Message.
2)1)Whenever 2 letter code is manually entered in Column A, macro should copy this code
and duplicate this code in below rows only when Column D has the word Message, and
Column B should be updated with letter Y when Column D has the word AXD.
