Hello! I have a problem..
When I attempt to open a word document, I get a error message:

"Word failed reading from this file. Please restore the network connection or replace floppy disk and retry."

Does anyone know how I can fix this ? It's a very important document.

Open it from where? If the error message is an indication that you used (heaven forbid) a floppy disc, or other removable media, then it seems certain that the document is corrupted. Whether file recovery software can help is something you will have to establish, but the indications are not good. Never ever work from (including viewing and printing) removable media with Office applications. Always copy to the hard drive.
