Can't Scroll Down Dropdown List

Can anyone help me, I made a drop down box for items. The box contains items but I cannot scroll down the populated list. Thanks for the help

Create named range MyList for your list of items
Then when in relevant cell click on data validation, select allow "LIST" and then in "Source" enter formula =MyList

(or attached workbook , go to cell F6, click on data validation, also click on Formula tab/Name Manager)
