Hi,

I am hoping to create a macro that will print a number of PDF and DOCX files from various folders to one single PDF file. (As a macro).

Essentially i have a Word Document with a number of corresponding appendices in PDF format. Initially i want to print my main document (word file) to pdf and add a number of PDF documents at the end of the Word file.

Is this possible to do with VBA programming in Word, or would this be something i would only be able to do with a PDF software?

Word does not have the ability to do this without the addition of third party software capable both of being programmed via VBA and of appending files. Acrobat is the obvious contender, though frankly it is not the easiest software to program.
