Importing Data from site and exporting to another application

Hi There,

I'd greatly appreciate any help or a shove in the right direction in this problem I have.

I copy and paste customer's details on a daily basis perhaps hundreds of times a week from my site's admin page into the Shipping application.
It's not just a chunk of info either, there are separate fields such as name, address, number and email.

Is it possible to create an app in ACCESS or perhaps VISUAL STUDIO to help me with this?

Even a help with which programming language would be best suited would be an enormous help.
