Change/Remove values from cells in embedded spreadsheet during slideshow with VBA?

First time poster, long time reader here. I'm essentially working on a project similar to Deal or No Deal. I have a cell visible inside the slideshow that acts as the "banker." I have multiple values along the sides of this slide that when clicked disappear. However, in order to make the "banker" work, I would need to temporarily leave the slideshow (using slideshow on second screen) and open up the embedded spreadsheet, and remove the same values to make the spreadsheet do it's magic and spit out a value. Is there a way for me to link the value buttons on the sides that disappear to also remove the values in the embedded spreadsheet?
