Multiple criteria comparing

I want to check if the person data has qualified or not with this criteria , it should compare data 3 column with criteria 3 column and the result should be in "Yes" or "No"

I think we need more information like when the result would be YES and when it would be NO.

You have the result in your example as YES but the data does not match anything in the Criteria.

I have to agree with wrightyrx7, for given the example in post#1, the AA matches, ACH is above, but growth is less than yet the result is a Yes. Can you explain what rules you are applying to the comparison?

If the person has achieved more than the require by the company he will get the gift in kind hence "Yes" is require if not achieved then "No" but there are 3 criteria for person to be eligible for eg:- AA- DESG has achieved 115 ach% and 185000 growth hence has succeeded in second criteria ie:- 110% and 140000 growth for AA - desg
