Sleeper: Printing very hidden sheet?

Is it possible to print a very hidden sheet without having to make it visible first?

I don't think so.

If you don't want the user to see the sheet why not just turn off screen updating.

Thats what i ve done, I also considered unhiding it to print and then re hiding it again as well, just wondered if it was possible
