Inserting a rectangle onto a diagram

I have a word document where I want to a no fill rectangle to draw on a picture is this possible at all?

Insert > Text Box > Draw Text Box. Right click the text box and Format Shape. Change the fill/border options as required

Thanks for the information but I have a form as you know, but I want to add a command button to the above so we can press the command button and it would open up shapes - would be spectacular if it could open up a no fill rectangle if this would be possible ?
