Thanks for your help but the method always deletes the top row, this is where my headings are and I need to keep these.

Is it possible to keep this row when deleting the rest

Post the code.

It probably includes the top row in the filter and so that is visible when you delete the rows, and it gets deleted. The range would need to be set difefrently but the code will help cut through this.

After your post I have spotted the obvious.

Macro is now running correctly
