Compiling data from selected excel files

Hi there,

I am absolutely rubbish at VBA and need some help please....
I have been asked to summarize data from a series of project files to create various reports.
The problem is that each project file covers different date periods.
I've had to atttach a word.doc with all the details as I can't seem to get a printscreen into this post (I've tried everyone's suggestions but nothing works - it must be a Friday!).

PrintScreens are terrible, one can never see any detail.

Make a copy of the Excel Workbook and delete all but a few Rows that cover all the rules you need to use as for what to include and what to exclude.

Just copy the text from that Word Document into Notepad then post it from Notepad into a post to us.

Attach the Excel Workbook to your post.
