Not sure if this is possible, but I will ask.
I am looking for a way to be able to block out my calendar between 9 and 5 if the number of appointments for that day between 9 and 5 equals two and ideally this would happen as soon as the second appointment went into my calendar.
The reason for this is in my job I regularly meet with customers and I can only manage two appointments a day as each meeting with a customer is a couple of hours and then I have admin work following the meeting. Despite this, Head Office are very good at squeezing an extra appointment in my calender when they are not supposed to and then it is left to me to call the customer to reschedule.
