Macro to Copy data from Input sheet to Output sheet based out few criteria

Require a macro which will copy data from Input sheet and paste it in Output sheet based on few criteria...

I have attached a file with few example and criteria for your reference.

You need to start putting your code in CODE Tags. I have looked at several of your threads and you are not using CODE Tags.

It is very easy. Just Select the code text and click the # Icon in the VBAX editor menu.

If you are copying the Code from your Workbook in the VBA editor, then you can click the # Icon in our editor and press Ctrl+V to paste the copy between the CODE Tags.

If you do not use CODE Tags, you will be locked out of VBAExpress for 2 days every time.

But I am not clear on the same. I have not posted any Code in this Thread.
Do I need to use CODE tag when I am pasting the code in thread..
