i work on a generic mailbox using outlook 2013.
here is below what i'm looking for:
when we receive new emails and no one claim them, i need a popup message to appear after 30 minutes on unclaimed Emails saying " you need to claim or flag this email(adding the subject email in the popup msg)". i really appreciate if you help me with this.
