Excel 2010 How to Create a Custom Toolbar and Distribute to 50+ Users

I've searched and searched, so I apologize if this is a repeat request. I have 50+ users to whom I would like to give a toolbar in excel. I know I can't be the only person who wants to do this. I have a set of 5 or 6 Workbooks.Open statements that I would like to give specific icons on the Quick Access Toolbar. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
