Multi-Resource Management using 1000s of resources Template. HELP!

So i came up with this template using one of the resource templates that came with access. I am hoping that someone who has the time to look over my coding and can help me create a template that others can use and would be dependable.

I've noticed a lot of waiting for my forms to load. I am using a navigation form IOT go through each necessary form. The most controls I have in a formonth is 42 due to it being a calendar all other forms a average 10 to 13. Can anyone take a look at my database and make some changes. I am still new so I can't really think of other ways to make those necessary updates.
