Changing the length of worksheets name

Hello.
Can somebody help me, how I can manage in VBA the length of name of worksheet?
I would like to add new worksheets and give them name (which is coming
from database and the length of name is coming from field description), but problem is that the length of name of worksheet can not exceed 32 symbols... How can I increase (change) this number? :dunno
