How to leave just the text I want in a cell.

Good Day all. I have a CSV file that I have to download from facility. Some of the cells in the CSV file have extra data that needs to be removed and only specific text needs to be in the cell before uploading into an application.

I am including a sample of what I receive and what I need. The Export1.csv is what I receive and Upload1.csv is the cleaned up version before I upload into my application.

Can someone help with a macro to get my expected results? Thank you.

Are the examples ALL of the data that would need to be changed, or are there others that you have not listed?

No there is a lot more data. The list has been up to 50 rows. And at the moment there are 30 columns across.
