need a macro to first prompt to enter or select the Invoice number and select the directory where to process

sure im sorry i need the macro to first prompt me to enter the invoice number i will be using and then be able to select the directory to where i can create a folder with that invoice number as the folder name. does this make sense?

What triggers the macro? What style does the invoice number follow? Is it one invoice per folder? What form does the Directory take?
