YTD Total in Access Report not populating due to empty cells

I have created an Access crosstab query then a report deriving from the query. I created a calculated YTD field in the report but the totals only populate if all the cells have an entry.

Feb March April YTD
Hospital 1 -5 4 2 1

Hospital 2 -4 -3 -2 -9

Hospital 3 -4 (blank)

Hospital 4 -3 -3 (blank)


How do I obtain row total data even with empty cells?
