Display Data from Sheet

What are the other ways to display the data present in a sheet using VBA apart from ws.activate. I want the data present in the sheet to be displayed in any other tool except then activating the sheet. Please help me with this.

We will need more information than what you have stated, like what sort of data, values, text, sheet names, where the data resides, where the data should reside etc.
