printer question

My software prints a packet of reports in a stream. A customer installed a printer with multiple print feeds and some of my reports generate error messages at the printer but do not print. I'm thinking that these reports are looking for a different feed source for the paper. I had this happen at another location years ago and somehow was able to set the print feed source to default in the report programs.

I can't remember how I did it. Does anyone have any knowledge of this one?
