Hello,

I have been tasked with designing a document that automates some of our electricians work.

We have a to compile a document at the end of every job that include customer logos (which change), Customer address, site address etc

It would also require a few browse boxes for the operator to find and insert the correct PDF document for certification.

It will need drop down lists to make it more standardized and less like for mistakes.

I have dabbled in VBA a few times but i am very far from an expert. I would most likely be hiring someone to do this for us.

I would just like to know if that is all possible.

There is also a large parts list in excel we use it would be great if you could search using part of a word and it paste the details in the parts section.

Its a fairly large document about 30 pages, its difficult to finish it without any mistakes.

Jay,

I don't see anything there that is insurmountable other than maybe insert the "correct PDF document." Do you mean the document name or its content?
