When I cliek a Button a text should appear

Hello Experts

I am creating a organization chart for my company and I need to add details of the every Individual in the company.

I am trying to create a button and text as I have attached below.


Can you guys please help

It is very difficult to animate Smart Art Diagrams in the way you need.

I suggest you use the Convert menu to convert to shapes and then UNGROUP the result. This should allow you to add animations to make the texts appear one by one.
