Disabling Cut Copy Paste in Excel 2013 not working

Hi there. I have an Excel 2013 workbook in which I am trying to disable cut-copy-paste functions. The code I am using seems to be partially working, but not completely. The cut-copy-paste clipboard buttons in the ribbon are still active and functional, as well as right-click to paste. I assume that some of this code is outdated but I have not been able to find a solution for later versions of excel.

Short of correcting the code, if anyone could point me to any resources that might be helpful in this matter (to disable to clipboard buttons and right click functionality), I would greatly appreciate it.
