Macro to return a word count of text contained within a bookmark

Hi,

Could anyone please help with the above?

I'd be grateful if anyone could provide a macro that could count the words contained within a bookmark and then allow you to cross reference them.

This is so I can generate the total as shown in the image and dynamically update this.
