Hi Guys,

Don't want users to insert rows in the middle of a spread-sheet using 'right click insert' - any ideas how to achieve this?

Many thanks
Jon

Password protect the sheet and tick everything except Insert Rows in the Allow all users of this worksheet to: box.

You can also prevent users inserting entire rows by putting an array-entered formula across the rows concerned, somewhere out of the way, say several hundred or thousand columns the the left. A formula such as ="" array-entered (entered with Ctrl+Shift+Enter)in cells BB3:BB14 will cause a popup to appear if the user tries to insert entire rows in rows 3 to 14 - that message being 'You cannot change part of an array'
