What is the best method or formula to get results based on assigned probability (%) in each row?

Result can only be A , B, C, D, or E. Additionally, If the cell = 0.00% it should not be factored into the result

Sorry brain freeze forgot I posted that or didn’t see the responses. Tried both suggestions and both work perfectly. Please close this post out and much appreciated all the help J
