Hi,

Thanks you for all the assistance you've provided and continue to provide. I have customer names listed in column D on the Master sheet. They are listed as last names comma space and first names. I would like to have a macro which would copy the Master worksheet, ask the user to input the one or several customer last names only separated by comma and the next customer last name and delete all other non blank rows in column D starting from row two to the last row. The number of input names may be anywhere from one to twenty. The number of rows may change each day. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Why not use the filter function?

Thanks for replying Aussiebear. It's because some of the rows have Titles in column A for each group and I need to retain these titles. When the filter function is applied, the Titles dissapear.

Its tough to see exactly what you need without an attachment but how about using pivot tables?
