Did you try just recording a macro while creating the chart?

No sir, It's a sample list sent by some one. I need to make the same thing by VBA code

Then I suggest you record a macro while creating the chart. That will at least give you the basics rather than expecting someone to just write your code for you to create what is a very specific format.
