Excel 2007 3d animation engine - Tutorials

Hi

In 2007 the animation engine was introduced as an add-in?

Is this still available for 2010 etc ( I am currently using 2000 and looking to upgrade)

Have done a lot of searching but cannot locate any tutorials with example wb etc. Would like to learn the basics etc.
