Hi,

Is there any way to add a macro to the default PowerPoint template so it is always available to users?

I know how to do this in Word, but can't figure it out in PowerPoint.

There's no reliable or sensible way to use macro enabled templates in PPT. they do not work as they do in Word or Excel (in fact they don't work in most cases). The only sensible route is learn to add ppam files with ribbon controls. There is a very simple example on our site. (http://www.pptalchemy.co.uk/custom_UI.html)
