Transfer Selected Body Content from Outlook to Excel

Hi, there
Could you please help to advise the macro for transferring the selected text from Outlook email body to Excel worksheet directly?

Actually, I have daily email which state with different style# & comment in the email. Then, I need to insert the new comment to the different cell of the related style# in the Excel Worksheet.

Example:
Date: 11-11-2016
Comment from XYZ
Style# : 1234
Color : EE1111, ******x
******, *********xx, ******xx

Comment from XYZ
Style# : 6789
Color : BB1111, ******x
******, *********xx, ******xx

Hence, I want the selected text from Outlook email to copy to "insert comment" of single Cell in the specified Excel worksheet directly.
Or, copy those text into single cell of the specified Excel worksheet.
