I have created many templates for a company. Each template will assign short cut keys to macros in the template. This is all working just fine. There are a select few individuals that when using one particular template the macros don't work at all. The work around is to change the attached template back to "normal.dot" and then reattach the new template back into the document and the macros work just fine.
So what I'm looking for are any ideas as to why this could possibly be happening? I feel like it's something simple that I'm missing, but still, unable to locate it.
